I like the old Johnders, but I think my heart bleeds red.
Just fascinating! The ingenuity and resourcefulness of these great Americans is inspiring. Thanks for sharing!
Nothing like good old Tractor Porn!
When I watch this I think of how much of California is beautiful farm country. It’s really a farm state, with a lot of sparsely populated “red” areas. But all you hear about are the two densely overpopulated blue city areas that get all the attention and voting power.
What about a Hoyt-Clagwell?
Ah, those steam engines. My dad used to love the steam engine trains. He would drag us kids to the tracks when the train club would fire one up and make a run. Oh, to hear that steam whistle from a distance.
“It takes a lot to laugh, it takes a train to cry.”
Trains, if you ever get the chance, there are several train rides in the Great Smokeys, fall, open car, clean mountain air, you can smell the waterfalls, natures beauty at it’s most colourful and you don’t have to watch the road.
Disneyland is overrated.

Those must be fun as hell to watch and ride.
I’m in! Can you recommend a particular one? I’ve never been there but I’m ready to make plans for next Fall…
