Apple and Broadcom have announced a multibillion-dollar agreement over 5G and wireless components to be made in Fort Collins, Colorado. The deal comes after former President Donald Trump negotiated the re-domiciling of Broadcom from Singapore to the United States in 2017, as well as convincing Apple themselves to invest in the years during, and since, his presidency.

“All of Apple’s products depend on technology engineered and built here in the United States, and we’ll continue to deepen our investments in the US. economy because we have an unshakable belief in America’s future,” Apple CEO Tim Cook said in a press release Tuesday. read more

  1. Apple’s statement about their American tech dependency is valid if only 1% of their tech originates from the United States.

    They are deep into China.

    But it’s good to hear Broadcom is still building tech here.

  2. This is my primary reason for seeing Trump back in charge. He’s a biz guy that is all common sense. He was the only biz guy running in 2016 and he’s one of two running for 2024. I would encourage everyone to read Agenda 47. Imagine what our economy would have looked like by now if “they” did not try and destroy Trump. We would have destroyed China through the economy bu now. A career politician is not going to get the job done.
