Those damn Canadian Pirates are getting out of hand up there!
21
O sure, laugh at us!
But what if he had a 30 round clip and a silencer?
26
Yeah, it looks silly, is a single shot and very slow to reload, but a 150-200 grain ball of lead moving at better than 1,000 fps, with muzzle energy of 400-500 ft-lbs, will blow a very large and likely lethal hole in a human target.
But I’d still rather have my Belgian Browning HP loaded up with 14 rounds of Gold Dot +P, thankyouverymuch.
23
If you left that gun on the streets, when it got used at the Eaton Centre, near Raptor’s Square, they would have found the shooter randomly dropped off at a hospital without his hand.
Gangbangers only know ounces for weed, who knows what they would use for wading, and Were metric Eh!

They turned it in because when You hold it sideways…The Flint falls out.

Those things killed people during their time and they will kill people just as well now.
Percussion guns, originals or new production, are totally legal in the United States at the Federal level and are not considered firearms. You can buy them through the mail or even at a garage sale and it is legal since they are not regulated, State laws vary and some States have restrictions on them.
FWIW, muzzle loading artillery is legal too.

The Canadians held on to the “queen’s” apron strings too long and never got true Independence………….now they got trudough and are locked down. Most of them would not know what a guns is used for… Feel sorry for them!

Cap and ball weren’t considered guns under the law in MD.

In Canuckistan a Pop Tart eaten in the shape of a gun is illegal.
izlamo delenda est …

OK.
If they keep saying that the 2nd amendment only covers firearms that were in existence at that time then we should hold them to their word. People should start open carrying muzzle loaders. There already exist modern versions that overcome the inconveniences of flints or percussion caps. And modern powders are much easier to manage (pellets).
If enough people were willing to do this and then use them when necessary we could give the criminals something to fear and also stick it to the libtard commies.
And there are those who will complain that these are only single shot. My response is “One is better than none”. And I am talking about people doing this along with all those who already carry modern firearms.

“And there are those who will complain that these are only single shot. ”
There are a lot of high quality revolvers available in black powder percussion, and they shouldn’t be discounted as highly viable weapons for self defense where you are allowed to own them but not allowed to own other firearms.

The Canadian Deuling Club sought the return of the pistol…
Citing it’s historic significance they are quoted as saying: “Though our numbers may be diminished with each use of that pistole we are still a viable organization.”

No one knows if it can still operate. It could have been from someone’s collection in a glass case at home and someone visiting snitched or picked it up after doing some kinda CoronaCheck. lol.
“off the street” doesn’t always mean off an actual street. Think about how governments operate.

They removed a Brass Cannon from Dundas Ontario city hall (near Hamilton) because they were afraid someone would try to fire it.
It was pointing in the same direction for decades (nothing really) & the fuse hole welded closed. But some Idiots felt that it was dangerous, could still be fired and sent the wrong message. The official reason they gave was that the Wood Base was in need of repair and they did not wish to spend money at this time.
The people who supported the cannon being restored pointed out that children would climb up on it and that would usually lead to kids actually asking questions about History.
that must really have bothered today’s intellectuals since they are still busy re-writing history, science and morality.
11
Kcir- See? They took a weapon “off the street”. lol.
Look, they are just as dumb here in America. Even statues and monuments aren’t safe for some emotional reason. *Eye roll*

The leadership in the US and Canada are embarrassing.

We were number 1 with Turdeau, but America clamped down, set a goal and through 5 years of hard work, You proved that you are once again #1!
I take comfort in knowing that North America together is still clearly in the lead!

One shot and done in a battle.
That’s why they’d pack multiple pistols & a cutlass.

No kidding? I never heard of one of that.
An AR in 7.62 x 39 with a pistol barrel?
Got those in Canuckistan?
Wonder who’s been importing them?
And what’s the point? Unless they can get cheap Wolf or Norinco ammo, they’d be better off with a 9.
Those damn Canadian Pirates are getting out of hand up there!
