I’ve always heard there are many strange and exotic things on the menu in the Far East, but this is ridiculous.—>
Malaysia-
… a trader who brought them in from Taiwan had tarnished the reputation of Jonker Walk, which was famous as a family-friendly night-market and gourmet destination.
“A trader in his late 20s admitted that he was wrong to sell such an item, claiming he had just wanted to introduce something interesting,” Gan said.
“He said he bought the sausages from Taiwan and added his own ingredients,” he added.
He said the trader claimed that the sausages were popular among foreign tourists but not locals.
“The trader asked the committee to forgive him and promised not to sell such items anymore.
“How they are made”
Nope. Don’t wanna know.
So, his fellow merchants used pee-er pressure?
‘Added his own ingredients.’
Oh, well, now, that makes all the difference. Bleucch!

Sausage maker Huan Hung Dong….
I think he adds cream of sum yung gai.
I’m surprised they didn’t make money hand over fist
This would not be a problem in China. I used to travel there often on business and while having dinner with some Chinese executives one evening, the server brought out a large pot of soup at the end of the meal. There was a strange piece of meat floating in the broth. I asked my agent what it was and in his decent, but heavy accent, he said, “I think you call it bull deek”.
Those sausages would pair nicely with these Viet Namese gourds.
