Doctors, clinics and hospitals are going to have to put a letter on their signs and phone book listings, signifying their political persuasion for patients to make a medical decision for safety and health. Unless this is just pure malpractice.

I believe it is illegal for a licensed medical provider to refuse medical services period. You can send a person elsewhere but you cannot just turn them away if you cannot provide the needed service – a cardiologist does not have to treat someone with a broken leg. This erstwhile testing company may find itself out of business soon.
That’s better than a false-positive or being infected by the test swab.
Sue them until they squeal, then sue them some more. If they do drug and alcohol testing for the police or local companies, call that into question as well.

Around here, the only places you can get a covid test without a doctor’s referral, is one of the “free” clinics provided by our woke government for the illegal aliens.
I pass free test stations in parking lots and abandoned gas stations every day in the DFW metroplex.
Always empty.
Seems that makes a pretty clear statement that the local populace has little need or interest in it.
