There’s nothing wrong with saying “her allegations are not corroborated by anyone. So believing her story requires me to make a leap of faith based on tangibles that don’t belong in the process. Tangibles like, ‘she seems nice, she seems smart, she seems sensitive,’ those things are irrelevant.”
You can’t have it both ways – “she’s credible, but I don’t think Kavanaugh did it.”

I think the legalese weasel words were: "I did not have sexual relations with that woman".
In other words, he could later explain that it was a "one time" heat of the moment thing, not any on-going sexual relationship. See, no "sexual relations". Or even if it was proven as sequence of events, it's the the equivalent of a one-night stand thingy for each occurrence. That's what law schools teach their trainees to "double speak", setup traps and escape clauses.

This has all been a kangaroo circus for public show. Both Demrats and Repubrats are working against KavaKnow. He would have been confirmed already if they really meant to. How many of the judging Congrats are themselves actually guilty of sexual indiscretions committed far more recently than high school–and the knowledge for which they possibly can be controlled by in their present positions.
