The reasoning being used has to do with a large drop in violent and other major crimes that has taken place during the past year.
I’m not sure exactly the instances of low level and major crimes are related but someone seems to think they are.

In San Fran they won’t prosecute shoplifting below a value of $900. People walk in and help themselves to anything not bolted down. Stores close and then they will cry racism, instead of recognizing their own actions as the cause of their discontent.

Last time I was in Baltimore was 2001. It was a shit hole then. I never felt safe in the streets, even with an entiurage and daylight.
