Meet Beaux Tox, a beautiful yellow Labrador who, until recently, was struggling to find a home. The six-year-old developed a sunken cranium and close-set eyes in the womb, thanks to struggling to share space with six fellow pups. Although vets confirmed that his facial deformity didn’t affect his health, no-one wanted to buy Beaux Tox from his breeders, so they ended up giving him away for free. He was taken in by a man in nearby Austin, Texas, but when the man’s cats didn’t like the dog he was banished to the back yard, where he lived for five years, severely neglected, and alone. He didn’t even have a dog bed.
He looks like a cartoon!!! Which is great!!!
I know a lady that could do an awesome portrait of him!
There are special blessings for people like Jamie Hulit, one among others is they usually find they have an especially extra loyal pal. Unique faces sounds like a challenging theme for Claudia for Sunday morning.
Good story. Happy ending. Thanks for starting my Monday on a positive note.
The Chelsea Clinton story…
And you had to bring the pig with the lipstick into this?
I was going to teach my cat to high five me but he has six toes and I didn’t want to be insensitive.
Ya gotta love ’em.
After you die, do you know how you know are going to Heaven?
As the escalator gets close to the rainbow bridge you can hear all the barking
He’d go well with my dog Aerro.
Imagine walking them both down the street.
The neighbors would say here comes Beaux & Aerro…
That dog is so homely he’s cute! Jamie Hulit is getting special blessings for her wonderful heart.
I know some people who adopted a dog with only one ear. They named him Vincent Van Dog.
I think Pablo would be a better name. As in Picasso.
I’m not a religious guy, but I’m not sure that dogs aren’t angels on earth. I am positive though, that there is no greater, unconditional love than what they offer by nature.
Awww he looks so worried. Ya gotta love him.
What a face! That was sweet that his pet mom was a foster kid, too. 🙂
There’s a special place in hell for the A hole who left the dog neglected in the yard for 5 years. A cat owner. Figures.
Poor dog looks like Nancy Pelosi
I came back to say something and forgot what it was because I saw the, “I know a lady that could do an awesome portrait of him!” and I can’t stop laughing!

LOLOL! But really, it’s not nice to make fun of the poor lab like that.
Beaux will always have a home at my house if he needs it.
@dadof4 Pablo Picasso art is perfect. I think that is what was in the back of my mind but wouldn’t surface when I first saw Beaux’s picture.
