Daily Caller: The Biden administration’s Department of State is funding transgender makeup “entrepreneurs” in Nepal via a $2,315 grant, according to records.
The grant’s purpose is to, “provide financial support to conduct English language classes to professional transgender women makeup entrepreneurs.”
The grant, authorized by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), is ongoing. It began on April 16 and will end on May 31. The bureau aims to “increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries by means of educational and cultural exchange.”
The Biden administration offered $500,000 in a grant to teach the English language in Pakistan. The program promotes, “intensive professional development courses for Pakistani transgender youth from the ages of 13-25,” according to the notice of funding opportunity.
