But the ‘right’ to murder your baby is gone, by the Democrats’ own hand, for 2 reasons:
1) “Abortion rights are women’s rights”, they say. But they just sat a Supreme Court “justice” who says the Court is not able to say what a “woman” is. So if there are no women, there is no woman’s rights, which means no right to an abortion since it’s explicitly a “woman’s” right. QED.
2) They destroyed their own argument against government control of medical procedures by forcing medical devices and unproven “vaxxines” on everyone. Can’t have it both ways, especially if it’s specific to a group that doesn’t exist (see point 1).
…so you can’t kill babies any more under false Federal authority, sorry.
But if you absolutely MUST kill something to please your Communist masters, or Baal, or whoever, kill yourself and spare us your puling.
I understand it’s legal to do so in Vermont.

Leave the DECENT states alone.

You just gave me an intriguing idea with your 3:15 PM comment above. It would be enlightening to attempt to pass a federal law requiring that every legal (but immoral) abortion procedure include securing a tissue sample suitable for DNA analysis. You know, just in case there’s any future claim of rape or similar sexual crime. I would like to watch who would object to such a law and what their ostensible reason for opposition might be.
Imagine a world where all of those worried about their ability to abort the life of an unborn child were themselves aborted before birth, so that they would never have had to worry about anything in the first place.

Thank you, it’s a subject I tend to rant on so it is good to hear I’m not being completely incoherent about it in the process.
Thing is, it’s already *technically* illegal to have sex with a minor, and if current law were followed in most places, a pregnant minor would AUTOMATICALLY trigger a rape investigation because CONSENT IS NOT LEGALLY POSSIBLE.
Such investigations WOULD encompass gathering DNA, by court order if necessary, and WOULD include fathers and brothers as males with opportunity.
Childrens hospitals USED to be pretty stern about this kind of stuff. They had special rooms where they could keep folks under observation from outside while watching and listening to interactions, ways of distracting parents and getting them out of the room so they could look at/talk to the kid about abuse, and a legal responsibility to report it.
But Democrats with selective prosecution and good old fashioned ignoring the law have given abortion clinics a “pass” frequently not even requiring parental consent when a non-relatve brings a child in for an ahortion, despite the fact the pregnancy PROVES A RAPE BY DEFINITION OCCURRED.
Laws mean nothing if not enforced, and Dems are world class at not enforcing.
That is the problem we REALLY need to address.

My idea about always taking a DNA sample from an aborted child is less about the practical usefulness of same and more about watching who fights such a law and why.
It’s called “Baby Killing”.
