Although multiple Democrat/DeepState scumbags are lying through him, I’m not sure Joey himself is lying. Lying implies that the liar is aware he’s not telling the truth and has made a conscious decision to lie.
I liken Joey’s head to a grinder pump. His mental activity, if I can call it that, entails taking chunks of shit and rotten kitchen debris, grinding it up, and spewing out a word slurry with no actual relationship with the real world.
This may well be a distinction without a difference, though. The ultimate effects of dishonesty and dementia are hard to distinguish.
