Biden Hit with First Major Lawsuit Amid Flurry of Executive Orders

Neon Nettle: Joe Biden and his administration are facing a major lawsuit following a series of crippling executive orders issued just hours into his term.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton brought the new legal action seeking to prevent an “unconstitutional, illegal, and bad” freeze on deportations of illegal immigrants from the state.

Paxton stated that the lawsuit is brought after Biden refused to undo an order issued by his Department of Homeland Security.

Paxton wrote in a Twitter post:

“I told [the Department of Homeland Security] and [Biden] last night to rescind its deportation freeze, which is unconstitutional, illegal, and bad for Texas and the nation.” more

  1. Deportations to Meheeco are necessarily rayciss, so
TX should transport them to Delaware instead.

There’s some rich old white guy in a basement there that has all the answers and compassion in the world.

  2. I think this ws something Biden was promising to do during his campaign.

Since he is in charge of the Executive branch under which ICE operates, I think his order has a good chance of standing and Texas won’t be able to do anything about it.

    We should know soon enough.

  3. Actually, I thought my head would explode with each lawless act Bidet enacts every day. However, I decided to sit back and watch the States who got screwed AND VOTED FOR BIDEN squeal about the unfairness and how devastating it is to their blue State. It’s hurting everyone collectively. Actions hurt everyone regardless of who you voted for.

    I can’t be a racists, I’m not a DemoncRAT.

  4. Trump changed the rules on settlement of illegals in the states because they were all being shipped to red states{Obama}. Unless he changed that rule the governors still have the say who they take.
