Conservative Brief: The Biden administration was hit with an immediate lawsuit Wednesday over its decision to halt oil and gas leasing on federal lands and waters.
The Western Energy Alliance, a group representing fossil fuel producers active on federal lands, sued in the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming, alleging President Biden exceeded presidential authority.
Kathleen Sgamma, president of the Alliance, described Biden’s action as a “ban,” despite his administration describing the order as a temporary moratorium on leasing while the administration reviews how to better balance oil and gas with developing renewables on federal lands and waters.
The administration did not provide a timeline for when the pause would end. more

When our electoral process has been perverted and manipulated to favor a political candidate or agenda, when the politically appointed interpret the intent of We the People, our most sacred of Constitutional Privileges, the vote, has been nullified. That in it’s very definition is “self-appointed”
We are no longer “Citizens”, we are now “Subjects”.
I believe Trump approved the line by Exec Order. Cheef Just-us Roberts wrote a SCOTUS order against Trump’s recision EO order on Obama’s illegal DACA EO. That finding stated that an EO could not be rescinded by another President’s EO without going through the courts.
So Now It Is Case Law. No recisions unless the courts approve.
That’s the way to nail Jobamba on his EO recision drunk.

@Anon.Take a look at the family surnames involved in our politics over several generations.. You’ll notice that the if the last names aren’t the same, there is a familiar connection between them all. This is NOT a coincidence. This is our self-appointed, generational aristocracy. If you’re asserting that We the People are responsible for this occurrence, I’ll direct you to research a little thing called “The Great Depression”… which was neither great, nor a depression, but rather, a coordinated effort of the Aristocracy to fleece the citizens of this nation of their wealth and power. This happened again in 2008 with the “created Crisis” that was the Housing Bubble Meltdown that resulted in banks being too big to fail… now apply that to COVID which is nothing more than a created crisis to allow BIG CORP. to engage in a hostile take-over of the Small business Sector of this nation. BTW… Those “Too Big to Fail” entities have a curious thing in common… the State of Delaware… and our current self-appointed leader.
As for your underlying contention that “We the People ” are somehow responsible for our current situation, I understand, but that dog will only hunt for so long. The complacency of “We the People” may have played a role but that does NOT place the blame for the actions of the corrupt and criminal at the feet of We the People. That would be like blaming the the robbery victim because the criminal was able to kick the door in to gain access to the victims property.

Keystone should be suing. States should be suing. Womens groups should be suing. Every EO should be met with a lawsuit.
