Nothing in her past that I can see will disqualify her in the eyes of the dems; they could say she plagiarized, Biden did this in spades. They could point to radical affiliations, this would only further endear her. They could even point to countless cases that were overturned by Appellate Courts, courts get things wrong all the time and could not grasp the wisdom of her rulings.
