WT:
Sparks flew in NBC’s New York studios on Tuesday as author Bill O’Reilly arrived to talk about his new book and April ouster from Fox News Channel.
“Today” show viewers who tuned in Tuesday morning witnessed the first major interview by Mr. O’Reilly since a spate of sexual harassment allegations ended his cable news domination. The former host of “The O’Reilly Factor” showed up ready to spar in a nearly 10-minute interview with host Matt Lauer.
“You were probably the last guy in the world that they wanted to fire,” Mr. Lauer said of Mr. O’Reilly’s exit, which came after Fox reportedly spent $13 million settling harassment claims.
The “Today” show host said it was it was inconceivable that network bosses would abandon their top ratings grabber “unless you have information that you think makes him —”“That’s not true,” Mr. O’Reilly countered.
just two schlubs selling books and nonsense.
why would oreilly subject himself to being interviewed by this moron lauer ?
so he can get enough exposure to sell more copies of his stupid book.
“Did you ever have any human resources cases brought against you?”
“Human Resources” is a scourge on the workplace and a cudgel wielded by women for women, and by black women for black women. The only degree more worthless than a degree in HRM is a doctorate in Education. Human Resources gave us the female Music Major who ran Equifax data security into the ground. If private industry HR departments are allowed to continue operating as branch offices of the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, private enterprise as we know it will be dead in a decade.
Matt Lauer is unwatchable. The way he pronounces “harrassment” kills me
I never realized how petite Matt Laurer is. The magic of TeeVee, huh!
As expected, Matt Lauer showed up for a battle of wits, unarmed.
Let’s all go to the lobby
Let’s all go to the lobby
Let’s all go to the lobby
To get ourselves a treat
Look at that picture above again, then imagine Bill slapping the asshole across the side of his head and knocking him to the floor.
Human Resources is the Dept. of TATTLE TALES in the workplace.
They act like every thing that happens must go through them, and their judgement is final, no matter what the case. Your boss tells you what to do? H.R. wants to talk about this. It’s the same as liberals running to the courts with Republicans democratically pass bills they don’t like.
Women harassment at Fox is a plot to run it down.
Bull came to the show 1/2 armed, Tweedle De vs Tweedle Dumb.
People who watch that show won’t buy O’Reilly’s book. Unfortunately he can’t sell it on Fox.
Two lessons Bill O’ needs to learn:
-Never argue with a fool. They’ll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
-Take a lesson from Sean Hannity. When some bimbette started to come after him with sexual assault charges, he went VERY public with ALL information, AND he hired the meanest, mad dog attack lawyer to counter attack the bimbette. All charges and the bimbette disappeared in a puff of smoke.
