  1. Coincidentally, those are the same names as on the 2 million homes just put up for sale in California in the past month. Go figure.

Oh, and they’re taking their small businesses, along with their retirement, investment, and savings accounts with them when they leave. Buh bye, Gov. Gav.

  4. Question: “How is this legal?”

Answer:The Legislature passed a law. The Supine Court has held that any law passed by a legislature is presumed Constitutional.

This blatant intimidation move might inspire Antifa to target the signers, overall it will backfire and rally anti-Newsom turnout.

  5. LBS,
“Annie, Cali wants to tax residents for ten years AFTER THEY FUCKING FLEE THE STATE!
    No BS! They do!”

If a “citizen” (and I use the term advisedly) leaves the state, lock stock, and bank account; what is the state going to latch onto & seize to make the fleeing citizen pay the tax?
Will the state issue a “bill” to the citizen at their new address across state lines? HAHAHA! Where is their authoritah?
Will the state appeal to the FedGov? Again, a question of authoritah.
Will the state send an “officer of the law/state” to issue a summons/ticket/collect/etc? Again, no authoritah.

SO it comes to “want in one hand and shit in the other, see which fills up first”.

Cali needs to send Alvin Lee to do the deed.
With his group (Ten Years After/Ten Years Later), playing his top song (I’d Love to Change the World) (no, not the CocaCola drivel)
‘Course, they’d have to resurrect him, but DildoCrats seem to be able to do that very well – especially at election time.

  6. Fine. We’ll give you the names of two million recallers if you give us the names of the 4 million dead, illegal, ineligible ghosts who voted for Newsom. Fair enough?

I left California in 1974. Sometime around the late 1980’s, I received a letter from the California Tax Board that I “may” owe California income tax. I called them up. Apparently California cross-checked their Income Tax returns with their Professional Engineer registrations, and voila! My name came up! I was told if I was being paid a salary in Oregon, and attended a conference, or training in California, I owed CA income tax for that portion of my salary earned while I was there.

I politely told them to FOAD.
