Blasey-Ford Worked on Morning After Pill – IOTW Report

Blasey-Ford Worked on Morning After Pill

Savage-

What’s Mifepristone? You may know it as RU 486, yes, the disturbingly named “morning after” pill. Though it’s “95% effective during the first 50 days of pregnancy. It is also effective in the second trimester of pregnancy” ….Let’s 86 the baby!

While at Stanford, Blasey Ford worked with Corcept Therapeutics publishing eight papers on the safety and efficacy relating to alternative uses of mifepristone.

Now what are the chances that a doctor who worked extensively with Big Pharma to make RU 486 more readily available for both men and women, would be the only person in an extensive background review to have something negative to say about Kavanaugh?

It couldn’t be because everyone is freaking out that he’d “repeal Roe v Wade” is it?

ALSO

In a July conference call to Democrat leaders, Ricki Seidman – a Democratic operative, former Clinton White House official and current advisor to Dr. Christine Blasey Ford – laid out a strategy to defeat the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

Democrats knew they had nothing on squeaky-clean Judge Kavanaugh so they devised a plot to take him down in July.

But Ricki Seidman spoke about her plot to destroy Kavanaugh on the July call.

Ricki Seidman: Over the coming days and weeks there will be a strategy that will emerge, and I think it’s possible that that strategy might ultimately defeat the nominee.

This was at the same time anti-Trump protester Christine Blasey Ford sent her letter to Senator Feinstein.

Nah, she doesn’t sound like an unhinged loon.

WAPO reports that the Fords considered moving out of the country if Kavanaugh was the SCOTUS nominee.

“Flee the country” – my, she sure cranks up the melodrama here – no, this does not make her sound like an unhinged nutcase at all. – If she and her media allies hope this makes her story sound more credible, I got bad news for them.

  2. “…publishing eight papers on the safety and efficacy relating to alternative uses of mifepristone…

She has made a large part of her income promoting alternative uses for mifepristone. She promotes anything to do with it that will keep it in wide circulation and easily available for use. At least one of her published studies has promoted its use for anxiety and psychosis. That was a favorable review. Now we learn that she has a fear of flying. Why doesn’t she take the medicine she has promoted and get on a plane? And why isn’t her association with this drug widely known?

  3. If Kavanaugh goes down, I hope he assembles the most high-powered attorneys in the land and sue the pants off this bitch and everyone who is collaborating with her. This needs to stop.

  4. This link is to a lengthy article on the abortion pill angle – pretty interesting read.

And then, there’s this photo floating around on twitter that is purported to be of the accuser – somehow I don’t see it as much of a stretch to believe it could be legitimate. Whether it is her or not, it is more actual evidence than she has provided at this point.

  5. I’m with you Riverlife Callie. I started out believing she was probably a neurotic, mis-remembering, but basically an honest women who needed to be handled with kid gloves.

Nope. This is a full scale, lying, frontal attack planned and executed to destroy an honorable man. There is zero truth here; it is *all* lies, but the progs are betting that it cannot be proven.

Damn, I hope….. If Kavanaugh goes down, he should sue her for lying and defamation for about $100 million, retire from the court and move to Monaco.

This is not my America. …..Lady in Red

  6. Mifepristone is not administered alone to induce abortions. In some other countries, it is used alone as emergency contraception, according to Clare Flannery, a professor of endocrinology and reproductive sciences at Yale University. That’s not an abortifacient because it plays a role before the sperm and egg implant in the uterus. (Pregnancy occurs after implantation.)
Ford worked for a pharmaceutical company that sells Korlym, a drug that treats Cushing’s syndrome. The company does not promote the drug for abortions; in fact, it requires that doctors rule out pregnancy in order to administer the drug.
