MJA, this is great. I hope you don’t get pissed if some of us Blue Freaks post other stuff. One thing leads to another. I hope you make a habit of this.
blues stream from my house: http://98.144.132.140:6262/ss32
7a – midnight CT
wonder how many streams I can serve at one time.
I am a big time blues fan, I’m looking forward to see some what others think. There is a lot of good music out there.
This would be a great place to share artists.
We’re on the same wave length. Was listening to John Lee last night.
Blues fan here, saw all the Kings – Albert, Freddie and BB – met Robert Cray and Ronnie Earl. Good times. We still try to catch Keb’ Mo and Robert Cray when they come around.
TY BB. Spent 5 days in the park on the north edge of Lake Pontchartrain a few years ago, with fun memories of the area and NOLA. I loved the song before that, and even more after camping there.
bad_brad, i think i wore out a couple Robin Trower caravan to midnight albums.
I scored a sansui receiver, panasonic equalizer and turntable and a scott 2 channel cassette player the other day for a hundred bucks. Now if only i hadnt tossed my LP library back in ’85 when i was working at a Christian contemporary music station. I dont have a single vinyl to play on it

One of my favorite blues clips in a movie is John Lee Hooker in the Blues Brothers. He’s a pretty cool dude.
My favorite song as a young whipper snapper street racer. And it was Blues. Maybe one of the best.
