The word terrorist has a very specific meaning which includes non-uniformed, non-military members who spy, sabotage, and create subterfuge.
Lumping in a 2 star General of a foreign military into that category is not only irresponsible, it is reckless.
Call Sulemani whatever you want, but if you call him a terrorist, you don’t know what that word means.
