The clip is good, showing Trump’s knack for disarming with humor, but they cut off Trump answering.
He said he believes torture works but the decisions on torture would be left to Mad Dog Mattis.
He also said that he doesn’t know Putin at all and hopes that their relationship is a good one and leads to good things. How is that wrong?
He didn’t address the abortion question, because it’s silly.
Trump obviously wants to give SCOTUS another crack at the constitutionality of abortion, specifically hoping to return it to a state’s rights issue. If abortion did become illegal, would a woman face no punishment at all for seeking one?
I don’t know. Trump doesn’t either.
He can have his personal beliefs, but he doesn’t write law. Thank God every Obama belief didn’t become law, despite his phone and pen.

That idiot was not British…she sounds Irish to me.
I watched the speeches and the Q&A.
Very Impressed with Theresa May and President Trump.
I was encouraged NOT alarmed.
So this journalist bitch is now the voice of Britain?
He finished by saying: “I will tell you one thing, I will be representing the American people very strongly.”
His answer should unabashedly be: 1. Waterboarding is NOT torture in that it does not physically harm the victim. 2. If people want to kill their unborn children the government, that is taxpayers, will not fund it. 3. A small percentage of muslims are dangerous. They hide among the non-dangerous muslims therefore we have to restrict their immigration and use severe vetting. 4. Those many British people to whom these are alarming beliefs are misinformed.
First off the question was merely another opportunity, like the rest of American MSM, to stand on a soap box and tell a lie. Q & A should be Q & A, not “express your progressive opinion and then ask me if I’ve quit beating my wife.”
I just saw Ronald Reagan in President Trump’s response.
Completely at ease with the media, parries their jabs effortlessly.
The United States is fortunate to have such a leader again.
Well gosh Laura, remember how well Neville Chamberlain and his policies of appeasement worked?
Mic drop!
Loved Trump at the presser. Very encouraging.
He set his phasers to Max High Charm Setting because of his British audience.
He was very patient with the little UK Snowflake-ette reporter-ess.
Trump can offer the U.K. a sweet trade deal which other countries still in the EU can aspire to if they decide to Exit the EU.
Win-win. Trump will be a strong template for the struggling nationalist and conservative movements and leaders in Europe to model on.
