What should be a moving violation (doing a burnout) will be called a hate crime and prosecuted as a felony.
If someone gets hit by a car in that intersection, I would love to be the attorney who sues the city. The crosswalk in question does not comply with federal or state standards for traffic pavement markings. Slam Dunk.
