Albawaba- Uniqlo, the Japanese retailer, has teamed up with British designer Hana Tajima to create a new line of modest fashion – including hijabs and tunics – for its UK stores for the first time.

The collection ranges from hijab headscarves, loose-fitting trousers, tunics, and floor-length dresses, specializing in light, breezy fabrics to make modest fashion more comfortable in hot climates.
“We wanted to create a collection for women who appreciate modesty as a lifestyle, as well as a broader international audience.
Uniqlo joins a growing industry of Islamic fashion catering to modest wear. Last year Muslims spent $266 billion globally on clothing and shoes.
