In keeping with the diversity and inclusion movement sweeping campuses across the country, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo recently released a 30-page report outlining plans to “improve diversity” via a series of initiatives.
One goal is to increase the number of people of color on campus beyond the increases that have already occurred over the past few years, as “applications from underrepresented minority students doubled between 2008 and 2018.”
“In 2011, the campus was 63 percent Caucasian,” the May 2 report informs readers, “in fall of 2017, it was less than 55 percent … but there is still much work to do.”
The public research institution states it wishes to get those numbers more in line with the state’s percentage of white people, which recent polls hold at 39.7 percent of the population.
Soon Cal Poly will change its name to Mexican Free University.
They’re over thinking this. It’s simple.

Do these guys have a college basketball team? Is the racial diversity of that team representative, percentage wise, of the student population of the “school”?
How about NBA or NFL teams? It seems like we need to enforce a bit more diversity there too. I personally can’t recall the last Asian defensive lineman.
In Chicago, students of color don’t have to take admission tests. In removing this hurdle, they are openly stating that colored people are not capable of performing well on tests in a racist move. What they learned is colored people just aren’t into colleges so they don’t apply at all and the university still suffers with an over abundance of white students. Their next move is to ratchet up the racism and flat out ban whites. Buttt.. in their own declaration it’s impossible to be racist against whitey, by design, of course.
Which is code/dog whistle for, it’s time to cater to blacks and other minorities.
Why not just hire a whole bunch of extras of color to stand around the college, might be cheaper.

The burning question for Cultural Marxists for me is, if you got your way, will it be a sin for Western European descendants to form universities and colleges that strictly teach the core tenants of Western Civilization much like the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s) and encourage a student population that reflects that culture?
The problem that I have with the Left is that they are almost mandating that people become white supremacists (a group that I normally abhor) in order to exist in their own culture without being replaced by another minority (soon to be a majority through birthrate of immigration, both legal and illegal) population.

Cal Poly is an engineering school; so, obviously, there are gonna be a lot of whites and Asians there. The low IQ hordes are always going to be underrepresented there. That’s just how things roll with REAL college majors.
An extension university at the San Diego zoo should lower the IQ down to Ivory Coast status………that’ll do the trick!!

Just round up some … uhh … spi … uhh … nig … uhh … “people of color” and grant them degrees after having them sign over the Affirmative Action grants and associated paperwork.
Walla! Presto Chango! The graduation ratio equates to whatever the bean-counters demand!
Don’t have to hurt anyone’s feelings – don’t have to shuffle, duck, bob, or weave – don’t have to falsify anything! Just hand out degrees based on the racist, sexist, or pervert-ist (or whatever) criteria desired.

Improving diversity might very well involve teaching them proper English, reading and writing instead of putting them on the pander-bus.

Cal Poly being to stupid to recognize or admit what they’re doing is racist is a clear warning sign to go to school somewhere else with higher standards of intellect .
50 years ago SLO was a good school. 20 years ago they moved to mediocre. Seems that in 2030 they want to be inferior. Each of these steps was no challenge to fulfill. SLO will be a 3rd rate school.
