6. Funny, back in ’92 The Loop was flooding because they broke a utility wall. They dumped something like 60 loads of cement, rock and used mattresses down the hole to try and plug it.

8. okay you live in a climate that is feast or famine when it comes to rainfall. Those of us living in other parts of the country do get tired of you bitching there is a draught, then complaining when it rains hard. Deal with it. We deal with winter, and tornadoes. It is part of life.
