What does that mean?
If this guy is legit, he likely is secret service; that is who would be likely sent to retrieve classified docs. On the other hand it matters little if those who had access to the docs were not “cleared” to see them; Joe should never have had clearance, and he probably shared the info with his Chinese handlers anyway.
I hope he disinfected the entire room and contents before touching anything, who knows what pathogens the filthy disgusting bastard left along with the documents.
