Late last night, Canada’s government announced that it had struck a deal with its best trade partners that will create a new agreement to replace NAFTA. It is called The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, or USMCA.
By coming to terms, the Trudeau government will avoid low quotas on automobiles shipped to the US, while having to open a small portion of the dairy market. More
