rich, that was great! Thanks for posting it. Both of them!
When I was in college I was in the Festival Choir. We did the Hallelujah Chorus for the Christmas show, and boy, was I glad that I sang alto! I don’t think I could ever reach those high notes.

Okay Rich you set the stage. Let the Hallelujahs reign forever, and ever!

My mom sang in the church choir until she was 80. Me, I can’t sing a lick, but listening to other people sing has given me joy through out my life.

Most of us here probably remember The Trans-Siberian Orchestra version of Carol of the Bells.
That was a cute skit.
The church that did this is just a few miles from my house.
I might have to check out their Christmas Eve service.
For several years I performed Handel’s Messiah ( in it’s entirety).
Sang soprano, and that was a massive vocal workout.

Thanks everyone for all the great Christmas music this morning, it’s a great way to start the day. I needed it to remind me of the goodness and real meaning of the Christmas season. May God bless us all during this wonderful Christmas season.

Here is the 2021 Trans-Siberian Orchestra full concert. The concert actually starts at about the 5:30 mark.

Sorry about that, It looks like only excerpts of all the songs they are playing in 2021, but it is still an hour long.
I’m clearly late, but I assure you, this’ll be worth the click:
