The tech equipment giant, Huawei, filed suit Wednesday against the US defense spending bill that bars the agencies of the American government from purchasing technology from the Chinese company. “The company is challenging the U.S. law as an unconstitutional “bill of attainder,” or a measure that targets a specific individual for penalties without a trial.
