Clinton Staffer Who Set Up Server Is Pleading the Fifth If Subpoenaed

Wapo-

The move by Bryan Pagliano, who had worked on Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign before setting up the server in her New York home in 2009, came in a Monday letter from his lawyer to the House panel investigating the 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

  1. This whole administration has just been a farce. No one is accountable for anything, and no one is responsible enough to even see that there is something wrong. I really question whether or not this country can recover from what has happened over the last 20 years. Our odds are less than 50/50.

  2. “we hope that the members of the Select Committee will respect our client’s right to invoke the protections of the Constitution.”

I find it ironic (and aggravating) that a person who was part of an administration that is SHREDDING the founding documents of this country is now looking for its protection.

  3. Call the guy anyway and when he tries to go for the 5th grant him immunity right on the spot for actions he committed only while being questioned by the committee and will be in place unless he’s proved to have held back information under direct questioning or found to be lying under oath. Would that not stop him from being able to plead the 5th?
