Mohammad Mohammad (no, not an Islamic 80s band, Clock Boy’s dada) failed in his lawsuit against Ben Shapiro. He sought defamation suit after Shapiro implied he was a political activist and the clock was a stunt and that he had ties to CAIR, etc.
The judge said, you are all the things Shapiro said- case dismissed. Oh, and pay Shapiro’s court fees.
Kurt Schlichter was Shapiro’s lawyer.
