No, it’s the school admin illegally ignoring the restrictions of the 1A and 2A prohibiting them (government) from interfering with the individual’s right to free speech and the right to bear arms.
The 1A & 2A don’t give us rights. The amendments remove the freedom from government to act to interfere with those rights. iow, the amendments legally limits the freedom of government actions, not grants freedoms to citizens. We have those already as natural rights.
People need to stop putting their entire lives on socialized media.
I hope the mom takes the attitude that it is not her responsibility to prove her son’s innocence—it’s the school’s obligation to prove he is a threat. If they cannot do that, they owe her and her son a public apology.
