Colorado woman who cut baby from mother’s womb gets 100-year prison sentence

DENVER, April 29 (UPI) — A Colorado woman who lured an expectant mother to a home and cut the unborn baby from her womb was sentenced Friday to serve 100 years in prison.

Dynel Lane was sentenced Friday in a Boulder court two months after she was convicted on charges of attempted murder, assault and unlawful termination of a pregnancy.  more

  1. I believe the cost of one .45 cal bullet is only about 25 cents, or if sold in bulk to the government about 1 dollar.

    Bullet, funeral, plot, press board coffin, union executioner: We can easily save about $8 million or more by just ending this quickly.

    That, or she can mysteriously hang herself in her cell.

  2. I think she should be kept alive for the whole hundred years.
    Put her on a ventilator, in her cell, and when she cannot move or resist, put some headphones on her and play every single Yoko Ono song ever recorded on an endless loop.

  4. Over 1 million women hire people to kill their children every year in this country and nobody bats an eye.
    That gal deserves a short painful life, but then so do all women and men who kill children.
