Compton, CA: Bill Clinton campaigns at ‘broken’ namesake school with low proficiency rates

EAG: COMPTON, Calif. – Former President Bill Clinton is campaigning across California for his wife’s bid to become the Democratic presidential candidate and he stopped at a school named in his honor Saturday.

The campaign stop is among a flurry of appearances by the Clintons in the days leading up to the state’s primary election on Tuesday, and Hillary Clinton is in a tight race with Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders for the bulk of California’s 546 Democratic delegates.

For Bill Clinton’s third event Saturday, the 42nd president visited his namesake school in Compton – William Jefferson Clinton Elementary School – where he campaigned for his wife alongside Compton Unified School District President Micah Ali.

“Today, throngs gathered in the beautiful @ComptonUnified 2 hear @billclinton,” Ali posted to Twitter about the 4 p.m. rally, along with a picture of himself with Clinton. “His last visit 2 #Compton was 2003.”

  1. So the William Jefferson Clinton Elementary School is a “broken” school with “low proficiency rates?

Is there any other type of school in Compton?

  2. Compton. LOL! Bill and Hillary are magnets to the scum of the earth.
If they didn’t have the secret service and armored vehicles, they would have only their reputations for being the most corrupt criminals in America to keep them alive in that shithole city.
May they both burn in hell with Barry.
