Congress Considers Splitting The 9th Circuit

DC: The most liberal court in America could be heading for a split.

  1. How about the immigration laws that have been in effect for at least a hundred years and for good cause. How is this yahoo allowed to subvert that within a few days? This is not just over reach – this is treason.

These “judges” are using their own hubris to allow this country to be invaded. They have no standing to override established law, and letting them get away with it is just as criminal as they are.

  2. You can hear the squealing coming from the Judges, the ACLU and various liberal/progs out there now. I’m not sure how they’d split but what’s more important is whether the Judges can be replaced.

  3. “The most liberal court in America …”

Only if the word “liberal” means “National Socialist” or “Inter-National Socialist.”

Shut em down. The ONLY court demanded by the Constitution is the Supremes, and they have overstepped their bounds – all the other courts are creatures of Congress.
