The Hartford Courant believes the station is attempting to lead a revolt against Democratic Governor Ned Lamont charging a toll on the major interstate highways that run through Connecticut. More
“Lamont’s plan includes posting no more than 50 tolling gantries across four major routes: interstates 95, 91, 84 and the Merritt Parkway. Some 40% of toll revenue would be collected from motorists who don’t live in Connecticut.” More

W Virginia tolled I77, then doubled the price overnight in January! Now N Carolina is doing the same thing. This is a federally funded highway. Left unchallenged this shit is going to mushroom out of control!
