Breitbart Video: During an interview with Detroit’s Praise 102.7 on Tuesday, Representative John Conyers (D-MI) announced he is retiring from Congress today and endorsed his son to replace him.
Conyers told host Mildred Gaddis that he believes his legacy won’t be tarnished or diminished at all by the allegations against him and said, “This too shall pass.” He then stated that he endorses his son, John Conyers III to replace him in Congress.
Later on, in response to Gaddis’ clarification on his plans, Conyers announced, “I am retiring today.” He thanked his supporters for all the support he’s given them over the years. MORE HERE
His endorses his son. I am sure that will be an improvement — NOT! It will be more of the same.

There’s a chance here if Bannon can find a good, honest candidate and the GOP is prepared to ensure that Conyers reputation is destroyed along with the Democrats that hid his activities for decades that the seat could switch. That fallout could also influence the Senate race for Stabanow in 2018.
