Cops Tell Boyfriend, Locked Out of House By Former Girlfriend, To Break In – It Doesn’t Go Well

The cops kept telling the guy he had the right to retrieve his mini-fridge, his air conditioner and gift cards. For 20 minutes the boyfriend hesitated.

Finally he caved to the cops assurances.

He broke a window and the girlfriend responded by sticking a rifle in his face.

The cops arrested the girl.

The case is very complicated.

  1. …The girlfriend I’m sure, felt justified in her indigence and thievery, but boy whatta stupid bitch. I don’t care if he cheated on her or what.

Unless this guy had physically assaulted her before, nothing she did was justified.

  2. “… a search that ensued in her home and found the rifle was illegal.”

Even though purchased legally it had “too” many rounds.

Q: “How do you eat an Elephant?”
A: “One bite at a time.”

This is how the State will en-sheeple the people.

  3. My daughter was the victim of severe physical abuse. She was ten minutes late to pick up her husband, with their child in the back seat.
When we saw her at the hospital she had been beaten to the point of being unrecognizable. I was fortunate he was in Police custody with no bail.
Her former husband spent over 2 years in state prison.
I burnt or destroyed every possession he had. He knew enough not to return after his incarceration.

  4. SHITSTORM OF FAIL

πŸ”₯ 1. Don’t leave ANY of your shit at a g/f’s house unless you are prepared to lose it forever. Bitches are crazy. They won’t give you stuff back out of spite.

πŸ”₯ 2. Cops are stupid. The guy didn’t reside there, and had no legal right to enter. You go to small claims court to get your shit back.

πŸ”₯ 3. Don’t listen to cops, they are idiots.

πŸ”₯ 4. The woman had a right to defend her property from an illegal break in even if it was authorized by idiots.

πŸ”₯ 5. No gun is illegal. The 2nd Amendment says so.

πŸ”₯ 6. The dumb broad should’ve just given his stuff back. The cost to get rid of his ass is a mini-fridge and some personal items? Seems like a very good trade-off if you don’t love the guy and don’t really need any of that stuff anyway.

BUT! Who acts like an adult these days?

  5. The cops were wrong. They have no way of knowing who is or is not a rightful resident. What they should have done was knock on the door (nicely) and tell the woman to allow the guy to collect those of his things that were not subject to an ownership dispute. They certainly could have made inquiries about the situation. They don’t have to do “nothing” and claim that it’s a “civil matter” — because wrongfully withholding someone else’s property is theft.

I know of more than a few incidents of wrongful exclusion by one occupant of another to premises, in one case by a casual girlfriend who was not even a legal resident of the guy’s home.

We have DV temporary restraining orders to help resolve these issues pending a full hearing. The girlfriend should have reported the guy’s alleged violence against her the previous day and got one.

  6. When my x came to take her (is “her” politically correct? Maybe I should use “it’s”. I’m a little fuzzy on that) things, she also took many, many of MY things as well. I stayed away from the house so as not to blow my fuse. I was just glad to have her gone…it wasn’t working out.

  7. I knew as soon as I saw 9mm rifle, it was gonna be a capacity fine.
What do they do about a Henry that hasn’t a detachable magazine and holds over “whatever” rounds.
Does that make it “less lethal”, yeah, go tell the dead kids it was less lethal.
It’s crazy people, not the tool they use.
