Even with a Court justifying that President Trump can do this aka smashing Leftists and Leftist Judges skulls in with a large sledgehammer, they just keep trying to block this new administration from making major accomplishments.
The judge who originally blocked it had no legal basis for it. There was no law cited as being violated. His wife works with an NGO that gets USAID money and his daughter works for the dept. of Ed. He just wants to protect the family grift.
