American Thinker: Why are Republicans and decent people everywhere celebrating the Senate confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh?

Lots of reasons, but one of them is tweets like this:

 

The writer of this vile tweet is a writer on the Stephen Colbert show, and has nearly 40,000 followers on Twitter. As the Senate confirmation vote was gearing up, she wanted everyone to know that “whatever happens” she is “just” glad she ruined a man’s life. Never mind if he was innocent, never mind any of the facts or corroborations or shifting stories of his accuser. The important thing to her was ruining his life. That was what mattered. read more

    Like many of you, I watched the Kavanaugh confirmation vote live. Did any of you also hear the unearthly sounds intermixed with the hysterical screaming? Was it microphone feedback or what? Or demonic? It sure made the hair stand up on the back of my neck.

  9. There was a whole bunch of praying
    by a lot of people going on for the appointment of the judge. I spent some time on it and also prayed for “confusion to the enemies of the Republic”.
    Then the “confusion” commenced with
    a vengeance; as in “The Grapes Of Wrath” type. God sat down at the table
    and the way was made straight.
    He still has some great purpose for us.
