If you research the whole story about Jimmy banning breeder reactors you will find another massive idiotic move. Using Uranium with waste decay of 4.5 billion years for different isotopes or Plutonium 238 decays in 87.7 years and emits alpha particles BUT Plutonium is used in nuclear weapons so Jimmy banned it. At the same time he started this other idiotic idea that CO2 will hurt the planet.
