with ‘Christian gang sign,’ nonprofit says
Fox News – The leader of a nonprofit that protects military members’ religious freedoms said wreaths laid on tombstones of veterans whose families haven’t consented are Christian gang signs.
“We’re not saying you can’t [place wreaths], but you cannot blanket it like that,” Military Religious Freedom Foundation president Michael ‘Mikey’ Weinstein told Fox News. “That’s like carpet-bombing.”
“That looks like it’s a Christian gang sign, that you’re creating territory that is a Christian territory,” he continued.
Weinstein’s organization issued a Nov. 22 statement attacking Wreaths Across America, which has placed wreaths at veteran cemeteries for nearly 30 years. [snip]
“The grave sites of Christians and non-Christians alike will be adorned with this hijacked-from-paganism symbol of Christianity — circular and made of evergreen to symbolize everlasting life through Jesus Christ — whether the families of the deceased veterans like it or not,” it continued.
But Wreaths Across America executive director Karen Worcester told Fox News that her organization isn’t Christian or political.

Another moron with a loud mouth and few followers. Probably ln Jeff Bezo’s payroll.
“….nonprofit that protects military members’ religious freedoms…”. What an F’ing joke. I cant believe somebody hasnt kicked Mikey’s nuts up around his ears by now. He’s been pulling this shit for years.
this is what happens in an amoral country. We need an invasion. Gods invasion. Quickly
A Democrat for sure!
Well, bless his heart.
(Someone should tell him he’s a giant Humbug.)
These commie cockbites love to come out of the woodwork when there’s a limp dick democRAT (even a fraud)president in the seat!
Does this guy know that crapping all over “The most wonderful time of the year” is just not a good look in anyone’s book?
Pfft! on him.
I feel sorry for the people who have to put up with this sourpuss. You’re either casting light into this world’s darkness or you’re casting shadows. Prager is fond of reminding that we have a moral obligation to uplift and bring happiness to others; Christmas or not, but especially at Christmas time.

I wonder where Mr. Weinstein’s foundation gets it funding? Hmmm….
“everlasting life through Jesus Christ”
What a terrible thing to wish upon someone.
Should be wishing eternal damnation in Hades, for some.
But it’s not my job to judge.
The irony is breathtaking.
This Saturday will be my fourth time to lay wreaths at my local Veterans Cemetery along with fellow members of my DAR Chapter and many other volunteers, young and old, from the Nashville area. It’s always a meaningful, solemn, and memorable occasion. I encourage the IOTW family to participate in wreath-laying ceremonies in their local veterans cemeteries. It’s time well-spent. Blessings to all.
For a Christmas gift I’d like to encounter this pickle chugger alone in a dark alley so I can carpet bomb his forehead with my fists.
Like a typical democrat activists, he didn’t really think this through

I would have responded: please give us a list of everyone you have been authorized to represent who has an issue with this and we will omit their graves.
Go F yourself, Mikey!
“… you’re creating territory …”
Like to see that Mikey. I’d like to have about 640 acres – so have em come down here and “create” 585 more for me.
You’re a buffoon, sir. Obviously a man with so few problems that he must invent some.
Oh, yeah … Fuck You and Fuck Joe Biden.

izlamo delenda est …
Is it just me, or is “Weinstein” getting to be a bad name to have nowadays?
😉
Wreaths Across America started and run up north here in Maine.
Trump country by the way.
I like that they don’t give in to bullies like godless Mikey.
It’s a beautiful thing they do. All those wreaths are hand made by volunteers.
My little town in North Maine is home to a family that lost a son in Iraq.
His dad, a longhaul driver and close friend of mine got involved in WAA early on, leading the procession of nearly 100 truckloads of wreaths, and support vehicles from Columbia Falls to Arlington for a time.
It’s quite a sight to see them roll into a parking lot
to layover, or hold a ceremony.
You can catch them here: https://www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/arlington-escort-information
Miserable people can only feel better about themselves by making everyone else, equally or more miserable.
And note how they want WAA to acquire permission from all families to place a wreath. (Overload the process until it colapses)
It would be better if MRFF provided a list of those not wanting a wreath so, FOAD Mikey.
