The Alliance for Retired Americans, American Federation of Government Employees and Service Employees International Union sued Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and the agency Monday to block Elon Musk and other DOGE-affiliated employees from accessing the system.

The unions accused Bessent of improperly disclosing sensitive personal and financial information to Musk’s allies, whose efforts to access the payment system had previously been rebuffed by a top Treasury official who later resigned. More

  1. Jelly Bean, It started with JFK. JFK has been sainted because he was assassinated. I never forgiven him for abandoning free Cuba to Castro and the communists with a last minute withdrawal of air support at the Bay of Pigs. That and his allowing unions into the government are the biggest mistakes he ever made, If you don’t count putting the top down and driving through Dallas.

  2. The “Popular Vote” realizes that a good number of the judicial system is in it only to stop Trump and the MAGA majority. This will only increase the depth of the grave that the left is digging for themselves by further alienating voters to their cause.

  3. I don’t understand the unions’ stake in this.
Unless they’re scared that it’ll expose the criminalities which have been going on between the deep state and the unions.

  4. Absolutely. Investigate him. Investigate Bob Ferguson. Investigate every last one of the sonsabitches and they will be busier that a one legged man in an ass kicking derby. They are all as corrupt and dirty as you can imagine and more. Every last one of them. It is just how it works in Democrat shitholes. With the media in full on cover their own asses mode they don’t have time to run interference for these pernicious bastards either and the deep state likewise.

  5. I don’t see where this or any federal judge has any say in the matter as the ‘plaintiffs’ have no standing to sue in the first place. I was a ‘public service employee’ for many years. Many other employees in my agency tried to sue for various reasons and were summarily shown the door. This “judge” is an activist.
