GatewayPundit: Democrat Rep. Delia Ramirez (IL) spoke at a summit in Mexico City this weekend, in which she told the audience that she is “Guatemalan” before she’s an “American.”
“This weekend, I was honored to join progressive legislators from across the continent – our neighbors and friends – for the second Panamerican Congress in Mexico City!” the Democrat lawmaker said.
During her remarks, Rep. Ramirez admitted she has an allegiance to Guatemala.

We need to stop allowing naturalized citizens in federal office.
If a naturalized citizen, lied to become a citizen which this person did, then she needs her citizenship revoked.
For lying under oath to be congressmember, should be treason.

Why is this Guatemalan woman a congress critter in the first place? Oh yeah, it’s Illinois which explains why. Get rid of her for lying on her oath of office and send her pronto back to Guatemala permanently with no reentry into the US ever again under any circumstances. America is for American citizens only and not for people from a foreign country who lied under oath to live in America. I used to hate the phrase “America love it or leave it” when I was younger now, I’m all for it. Deport her ass back to Guatemala.
A couple of my ancestors immigrated from Germany. They were unashamed of their German heritage and still maintained some of their German customs, but they also embraced their American status as citizens of this country. They learned English, they followed American laws, they didn’t support Kaiser Wilhelm (to be fair, they didn’t particularly like the French either), and they certainly didn’t place German interests over United States’ interests. They chose to be American, so they became American.

If so, she can’t be deported, but she sure did lie when she took the oath of office. She should be removed from Congress TODAY!
I stand by my oft-stated opinion: EVERY member of both Houses of Congress needs to be KICKED OUT (and most prosecuted).
