The 58-year-old Disney boss was initially arrested by authorities in Santa Clarita last month and released on a $150,000 bail. On Wednesday, Heeley pleaded not guilty to three counts of “lewd and lascivious acts on a child.”

His lawyer, Robert Helfend, denied all the charges against him.

“He vehemently denies these allegations and we will be fighting until the end to clear his name,” Helfend said. “It’s a shame, that’s all I’ve got to say.”

Heeley has worked for Disney since 1981, managing the licensing for hundreds of Disney films, as well as producing a series of Disney concerts around the world. A Disney spokesperson has since confirmed Heely was suspended on Friday without pay.  read more

  1. Yes you parents out there, make sure it’s a Disney Theme Park or Cruise you take the family on. You’ll never know the memories your kids will bring back with them not to mention those pesky gifts that penicillan won’t cure anymore.

  2. Doesn’t Disney (ABC/ESPN/A+E/etc.) have any operations in New Jersey! Charges are not an indictment. An indictment is not a conviction. A conviction doesn’t mean you have to resign. This is SO RACIST!

  3. You mean the company run by a 33 degree Mason, (Walt. Club 33) and snuck in 100s of sexually explicit messages in their animations has a problem with pedophiles?

Disney has ALWAYS been sexual illuminati garbage.

  4. The last Disney film I know of that wasn’t PC propaganda-filled was “The Little Mermaid” (the graphic used on the main page). I’m glad to be corrected, if someone knows of others more recent.
