7. My Golden, Jessy, used to take my ratchet wrench if I laid it down while working on the car. He didn’t want me tied up and not paying attention to him. I miss him, he looked just like this dog. Some tears never dry.

11. I broke my no dogs in my bed rule with my new pup and now she’ll leap up and put her head on the pillow next to me and wait for me to crack an eyelid. While she’s waiting, she starts in with heavy panting just in case yaknow, I want to try to keep sleeping.

    Pretty fookin’ cute now but she’s gonna get much bigger. I swear she’s doubled in size from when I got her at 4 months to now @ 6 1/2 months.
