The Department of Justice (DOJ) formally petitioned a Manhattan federal judge on Friday to unseal grand jury testimony from the Jeffrey Epstein prosecution.

Federal prosecutors filed the request in the Manhattan Federal District Court, where Epstein awaited trial on sex-trafficking charges before his death by suicide in a jail cell six years ago, according to The New York Times.   1. Do I have this right? The DOJ can only petition the court to unseal grand jury testimony, but the President can demand it? I’m not a lawyer and I don’t play one at IOTW Report.

Redacted and/or otherwise, on a case that was never opened or closed, for some DipShit who was either a Mossad stoolie or not, who hung himself with dental floss after some dude broke his neck.
