DoL and OSHA Rescind Requirement That Employers Report All COVID Vaccination Injuries

CTH

An interesting about-face from the Dept of Labor and OSHA.  Previously OSHA stated that any employer who required vaccinations must report adverse reactions as workplace injuries.  However, OSHA is now saying they will not “enforce” that record-keeping requirement until May of 2022.

Essentially, vaccine mandating employers don’t have to start recording vaccination reactions as workplace injuries for another year. More

  1. So when your boss mandates you take the vaccination or lose your job and you get sick and/or injured no one has to know. The next year is going to be as dystopian as it gets.

HIPAA is a joke it’s always been a joke and that isn’t going to change. The only people who don’t have access to your complete medical history are the individuals you need to help you.

  5. So as an employer the first question I have is if I force an employee to get the JAB and that employee gets real sick or dies am I liable. The answer is yes. Not good.

  6. This must mean that far too many people are reporting adverse reactions to the shot. They must think that if they don’t record it, it somehow didn’t happen or it wasn’t their fault.
