President Donald Trump signed an executive order Monday which curbs the H-1B outsourcing of jobs at government agencies, including the government-controlled Tennessee Valley Authority.
“We believe jobs must be offered to American workers first,” Trump told attendees at a signing event in the White House.
Staffing companies have used the H-1B program to fill roughly 18,000 jobs in government agencies with foreign contract-workers. more
Go to Google and search for a big company name and H1B. It’s startling. The bureaucrats talk about emphasizing STEM in schools but grads are having a hard time with massive outsourcing plus the glut of H1Bs.
Took 50 years.
