10. Somewhere on the interwebs there’s a story and pic of a fence that a HOA forced a homeowner to install around his a/c unit. He complied by building a wood fence with 4 pickets facing the street. Pickets 1, 2, and 4 were about 30″ height, but the 3rd picket was about 60″, flipping the bird at HOA.

12. It doesn’t take much to put smart the city. Maybe someone in the neighborhood will paint George Floyd and the city government will crap itself. Personally I would request an outhouse or occupied public toilet stall.
