A child sex offender wanted for shooting a sheriff’s deputy was shot and killed by an armed homeowner when he broke into a West Palm Beach home early Saturday morning, according to the West Palm Beach Police Department.

I usually hate spam ads like those on hete. But after thinking about it I’d rather have them than any of anonymous’ idiocy.
In an update, prosecutors have charged the homeowner with interfering with a home invasion and robbery. Charges will include firearms violations and reckless endangerment as well as the murder. If convicted on all charges the homeowner can expect to be sentenced to up to thirty five years in prison. Our hearts go out to the poor girl who was on her way to school when the incident occurred.

Actually, the homeowner should have hung his body from a tree in the front yard. It would send a message to others who want to try such a thing.
